The oh so prolific Tallmans. Supposedly all Tallmans in the United States are descended from Peter Tallman who came over in the 1600’s. I haven’t quite made the connection for us to the first Peter Tallman, but I am working on it. There are a few too many Peter’s and Benjamin’s and Thomas’ so it gets a bit confusing in the middle.
